Waldhausen Balance Pads are designed to support deep muscle training and significantly improve your horse's coordination and body awareness. By providing a soft, supple, and slightly unstable surface, these pads gently challenge your horse to maintain balance and engage critical stabilizing muscles.

This unique training method helps horses develop better body tension and a refined sense of equilibrium. They are ideal for young horses learning to coordinate their bodies under saddle, but also immensely beneficial for every horse – regardless of age or training level – seeking to increase balance, coordination and muscles.

Important Usage Guidelines:

• Always introduce balance pad training slowly and progressively. Start with 1 hoof and adjust over time.
• Due to the intense muscle engagement, limit sessions to 1-2 times per week.
• If your horse has existing injuries or physical conditions, please consult with a veterinarian or chiropractor before beginning balance pad training.
